[Lancelot of Camelot]

OK lets start discussion about the Hollywood week. They were disappointed with Frankie and Von Smith particularly. They both made it through. I think Von has huge potential but he is really close to getting the boot. Supposedly he is allready top 36. A black performer sang a Steve Wonder song. I missed his name but he was amazing. Randy said he slayed the song. Dead wife guy was just on and I thought he was inconsistent but Paula acted like he was allready a star.

Props to Simon for his comments on Bikini Girls performance in Hollywood. Sticking out the claws indicating a cat fight. What is wrong with the chicks just hating on her. I think Simon and Randy have proven in the past that they are voting with their ears and not their eyes.

Emily Winn Hughs and David Osmond made it through. I like them a lot. still 104 people in the competition.

Also the guy who's wife died...His friend made it through which came as a surprise to me.... But the widower was spot on...

I like Danny's group. Those four are all very good singers. Anoop is from my hometown of North Carolina. He is also a good singer. I think Adam Lambert is another one to watch. Adam has the looks and voice to be a star on American Idol. I'm shocked that David Osmond was sent home. It's also good to see the blind guy is still there.

I know and I laughed when she just stayed in bed I knew then she was cooked and done....But not the boy he was clearly upset until he saw her attitude at the end....It's nice to see you here as well...

The bikini never helped her in the competition. She was good enough to make it as far as she did either way. The bikini came close to hurting her in the competition because both the female judges got very catty towards her. What the bikini did do for her was get her noticed by the public and got her some good air time until her elimination. I don't know if this will help her in her entertainment career or not but she will probably get a big buck offer to pose nude for some adult magazine. Hopefully she will turn them down.

What's her name is Ann Marie Boskovich. Adam is a very good singer but IMO Ann Marie is a much better singer and I am looking for a place to bet on her to win the whole thing this year. Ann Marie, Scott (blind guy) and Adam are probably the three biggest ringers left in the competition. A lot of you are big on Danny (dead wife guy) and I think he is decent but vocally I don't get all the love being sent his way. Not a really strong voice and inconsistent to me.

Danny Gokey performed and Paula was jumping out of her skin. He is reasonably good but I still don't get the raves some people are giving him. Blind Guy did a good job on Daughtry's song home. He will make top 36 for sure. I really liked Kristin McNamara.

Tatiana is a spectacular singer and a spectacular freak. Lil Rounds is going to be a player in this competition.

Stephen Fowler is an amazing singer but he forgot the words twice. If he goes through that will prove Simon a liar as he said earlier forget the words and you're out. I bet the VFTW list is accurate and he does make it through.

Tonights show was a fraud. They eliminated only one fourth of the remaining people and they should have just taken it down to the final 36 tonight.

What is it they're going to do with the 36 finalists? They can't even fit that many into two nights? I guess they have some sort of elimination planned, but I have no clue.

well, they might do as they do in LAI, they always have 30, out of those 30, they go to workshops in wich the 3 higher voted goes throu, and from the crowd, then the judges chose 3 each night for them to go in a special show, and then, people chooses the 3 better singers, with that, they make the top 12...
