The band Rocco Deluca and the Burden is made up of Rocco DeLuca who plays guitar, lead vocalist, lyricist and songwriter, Ryan Carman who plays the drums, Dave Beste who plays bass, and Greg Velasquez, the percussionist. The band Rocco Deluca and the Burden is a rock and roll band from California. They started out in 2005 and gained much success with their album, "I Trust You to Kill Me".

Before the band Rocco Deluca and the Burden, Rocco Deluca was a solo artist and opened up for the shows of Taj Mahal, John Mayall, and John Lee Hooker, and even played with Johnny Cash. In 2005, Rocco Deluca was recognized for his talents by the record label Ironworks and then the band Rocco Deluca and the Burden was formed.

Their music has not been fully heard in the United States and is not among the most popular music out today, but in the year 2007, they should be even better known. They are receiving more publicity and their music is in demand, they just more exposure. The band has made many appearances on shows such as Jimmy Kimmel, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Show with David Letterman and many other shows in 2006, which has helped get fans on board.
