About Us

Originally planned as a forum to discuss music and reality shows, it quickly took shape as a social networking site revolving around music, friends, and general discussion.  Idolme.com was started by Stuart C. McHenry III, the President of Site Sift Media, Inc. in May 2005.

In August of 2007 the site had undergone major changes in design and usability with more of a focus on music artist. Today idolme.com has members from numerous countries around the world.
